User Responsibilities

You agree to:

•Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
•Not use the App to process, share, or analyze illegal content.
•Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
•Not use the App to infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
•Ensure you have the right to capture and process any content you submit.

Subscription & Payments

Free Tier: Includes 50 AI queries per day at no cost.

Pro Subscription ($9/month):

•Unlimited AI queries.
•Priority response times.
•Early access to new features.
•Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or our payment processor. Refunds are handled according to the respective platform's policies.

AI-Generated Content

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
